Ingredients:
Sun-dried tomatoes in oil - 100 g
Cherry tomatoes - 100 g
Almonds (petals) - 50 g
Cheese (hard cheese without rennet) - 50 g
Tomato or olive oil - 100 g
Basil - 30 g
Rinse basil thoroughly and dry it thoroughly. Grate the cheese or cut it finely. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and the oil from them. Grate and boil the cherry tomatoes and skin them. Season with salt and spices. Use a blender or mortar to blend all ingredients.
