Ingredients :
Dough:
Flour – 2 tbsp (sifted)
Water – 1 tbsp (boiled, slightly warm)
Olive oil – 4 tbsp.
Soda dissolved in vinegar – 1/2 tsp.
Salt – 1/2 tsp.
Stuffing:
Champignons-150 gr.
Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
Cheese – 100 gr
Tomato sauce-70 ml
Hummels-suneli-2/3 tsp.
Oregano-1/2 tsp.
Basil-2/3 tsp.
Ground pepper-2/3 tsp.
Paprika-2/3 tsp.
Cilantro-1/2 tsp.
Coriander-2/3 tsp.
Salt-2/3 tsp.
Add salt to the sifted flour and stir. Then pour water first, then olive oil. Add the baking soda dissolved in vinegar, mix. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until it is elastic. Roll the dough into a ball, stretch it on a table with your hands to the desired size and then transfer it to a baking tray. Chop tomatoes and mushrooms. Fry the mushrooms in a pan. Grate cheese on a grater. Add spices, salt to tomato sauce and mix. Spread pastry with sauce, put mushrooms and tomatoes. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 220 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
