Ingredients:
Curry powder – 2 tbsp.
Flour – 2 tablespoons.
Butter – 40 gr
Milk – 2 tbsp.
Salt, freshly ground black pepper – to taste
Melt the butter on low heat, add the curry, flour, stirring, continue to fry for another 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup milk and stir thoroughly (there should be no lumps). Pour in the rest of the milk. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for a quarter of an hour, stirring occasionally. The sauce is ready.
