VEGETARIAN CHEESECAKE

Ingredients :

For the base:

Dates – 50 g
Any nuts – 100 gr
Water – 1 tbsp.
Green buckwheat flakes – 1 tbsp.

Stuffing:

Cashews – 100 gr
Cream – 250ml
Vanilla – a pinch
The zest of half a lemon
Lemon juice – 30ml
Honey – 2-3 tbsp. or agave syrup
Berries for decoration

Veggie cheesecake: making

Put all the ingredients for the base in a blender, then pour into a mold (cover the mold with plastic in advance). Put in the freezer. Whip the cream, add the nuts and the rest of the ingredients. Take the hardened base from the freezer and pour the filling into it.On top lay the grated berries and make strokes with a fork (for beauty). Send it to the freezer overnight, take it out about 20 minutes before eating.
