LITTLE SOUCE

Ingredients:

Cream – 200 ml (20%)
Flour – 1 tbsp.
Butter – 1 tbsp.
Salt, pepper – to taste

How to prepare the basic cream sauce.

Fry the flour on a dry pan until golden, put the butter, stir until homogeneous and slightly fry, pour the cream, boil the mixture for a couple of minutes, stirring it all the time vigorously, salt and pepper.
