Ingredients:
Millet – 300 g
Pumpkin – 250 g
Milk – 1 l
Salt – to taste
Candied fruits, raisins, apricots, dates – to taste
Butter – 1 to taste
Pour warm water over millet and rinse well. Rinse them in a colander and boil at least 3 times. This will remove the inherent bitterness of groats. Remove the seeds from the pumpkin. You can cut the flesh into small cubes or even grate it. Fill the bottom of the pot with pumpkin about half full. Salt, add finely chopped candied fruits and dried fruit. Fill with millet and pour milk. Cover with the lid and send to the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Then remove the lid and brown in the oven for 15 minutes. Serve with honey.
Have a nice meal!
