VEGETARIAN SHAWARMA WITH AVOCADO

Ingredients for 1 shawarma:

Lavash 1 pc.
Sour cream
Avocado 0,5
Cucumbers 0,5 pcs.
Tomatoes 0,5 pcs.
Sweet pepper 0.5 pc.
Fresh and dry herbs
Paprika
Salt

Step 1. Prepare all ingredients for stuffing.
Step 2. Then we cut all the vegetables into strips, for easier handling. Add herbs, salt and paprika to make a sauce.
Step 3 Spread out pita and lay avocado and cucumber.
Step 4: Saute with sauce.
Step 5. Then we place all remaining ingredients.
Step 6: Finish with the greens.
Step 7. Wrap neatly lavash! Shawarma is ready!
