Ingredients :
Armenian pita – 3 pcs.
Butter – 150 gr
Pitted cherries – 300 g
Brown sugar – 5 tbsp.
Mozzarella cheese – 300 gr
Cut each sheet of lavash into four pieces and smear with soft butter. Put berries in one corner of the pita and sprinkle with sugar. Put a few slices of mozzarella cheese on the berries. You can also put a small piece of butter on top.
Then wrap the lavash in an envelope shape and fry it on a pan with heated butter. It is enough to fry lavash with cherry and cheese filling on the griddle under a lid for one minute on each side. Serve hot.
