VEGETARIAN SHAWARMA WITH MUSHROOMS

Ingredients for 1 shawarma:

Lavash 1 pc.
Mushrooms 200 gr.
Cucumbers 0,5 pcs.
Tomatoes 0,5 pcs.
Fresh herbs and dry herbs.
Sour cream.
Paprika.
Salt.

Step 1 Prepare all ingredients for stuffing.
Step 2. Then all vegetables are cut into strips, in order to make it easier to arrange them. Add herbs, salt and paprika to make a sauce.
Step 3: Fry mushrooms.
Step 4: Lay cucumbers and mushrooms on pita.
Step 5. Then put all remaining ingredients and brush with sauce.
Step 6 Then put greens on top.
Step 7. Wrap neatly lavash! Shawarma is ready!
