Ingredients:
Water – 300 ml.
Miso paste – 2 tsp.
Dried wakame seaweed – 7 g. (one handful)
Adygeyan cheese or tofu – 80 gr.
Greens – to taste
Place wakame seaweed in a pot and pour water over it. Put the pot on fire, bring the water to a boil and turn off the fire. The algae will swell a lot and turn green. Now add the miso paste to the pot with the seaweed and stir it thoroughly until it dissolves completely. There should not be any lumps. Please note: miso paste must not be boiled and should be added in hot water. Do not reheat the miso soup. Now pour the resulting broth and seaweed into serving bowls. Dice the cheese or tofu and add to the soup. If desired, sprinkle chopped greens.
