Ingredients:
Buckwheat grits – 1 tbsp.
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp.
Milk – 125 ml
Banana – 1 pc.
Cardamom – 0.5 tsp. ground
Berries – 300g fresh or frozen
Honey – 2 tablespoons.
Pour the dry buckwheat groats with three times as much warm water, add the juice of a lemon (the acid is needed so that the buckwheat will soften faster). Cover the container with buckwheat and leave it on the table overnight.
In the morning, chop the berries with a blender (immersion blender or in a bowl) with honey. Now set aside a quarter of the mixture. Rinse the buckwheat. Add buckwheat, milk, banana and ground cardamom to the berries in a blender. Blend until smooth. Spread the porridge into clear glasses, with a layer of the remaining mashed berries in the middle. Garnish to taste.
Have a nice meal!
