Ingredients for 1 shawarma:

Lavash – 1 pc.
Sour cream.
Vegan chickpea cutlet – 1 pc.
Cucumbers – 0,5 pcs.
Tomatoes – 0,5 pcs.
Sweet bell pepper – 0,5 pc.
Fresh herbs and dry herbs.
Paprika.
Salt.

Step 1 Prepare all ingredients for stuffing. In this case, prepare in advance a cutlet (from chickpeas or lentils, etc.).
