Vegetarian pancakes: composition

Milk (or kefir) – 200-300 ml.
Soda – 1/3 tsp.
Salt – 1/3 tsp.
Flour
Ghee or vegetable oil for frying

Vegetarian pancakes:

Pour milk (or kefir) into a dish and place on the lowest heat. At this time, get the baking soda, salt, flour, and oil out of the cupboards. Also, prepare a tablespoon and teaspoon, whisk, pan, and turner spatula (2 minutes max). Add the baking soda to the heated milk and stir. Gradually bubbles will appear on the surface of the milk and the volume slightly increases, salt, remove from the heat. Gradually add flour and mix.

Bring to the consistency of sour cream. Grease a frying pan and heat it well. Spoon out the pancake batter and fry on both sides.
