Ingredients :
Soaked chickpeas for 6 hours – 1.5 tbsp.
Soaked Buckwheat – 1/4 cup
Grated hard cheese – 100g
Water – 1 tbsp.
Fresh herbs (dill, coriander/cilantro mixture, parsley) – 1 cup
Himalayan salt – 1 tbsp.
Ground cumin – 1/2 tbsp.
Ground turmeric – 1 tsp.
Mix all the ingredients in your food processor so that they are mixed evenly, make small cutlets and drizzle them with oil, put baking paper on a baking tray. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serve with fresh vegetables!
