EGGLESS MANNIK

Eggless mannik is the easiest and tastiest dessert to make. It is suitable for vegetarians and vegans, if you make it with water, and for those who are allergic to eggs. Eggs are sometimes substituted for bananas, but it is not necessary, because it is already very tasty. Mannik is a taste of childhood, kindergarten and pioneer camps.

It can be made as a cake or a muffin, or you can smear it with cream and you get a cake. And if the dough is put into small molds, you get cupcake mannies. In general, this is a win-win baking option.
