Ingredients :
For the dough:
Cheese cheese – 250 g
Butter – 150 gr
Soda – 1/2 tsp.
lemon juice
Coriander powder – 1 tsp.
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp.
Flour – 250 gr
For the filling:
Paneer – 150 g (or Adygean, or bryndza)
Sour cream – 1 tbsp.
Salt – to taste
Fresh herbs – a bunch
Sour cream – 1 more tbsp. to spread on top
Preparing
In a bowl put cottage cheese, add melted butter. Melt the soda with lemon juice and add it. Add coriander, turmeric, mix well and add flour and knead well. Let the dough rest.
Prepare stuffing. Grate paneer, add sour cream, salt, finely chopped greens and mix.
Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out the dough into 3-5 mm thick rectangles. Spread out on a greased baking tray, spread the filling evenly over the whole surface. Cover with second sheet of dough. Pinch the top and bottom layers by pressing them with a fork. Pierce the top with a fork all over the surface. Spread sour cream on top.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees about 30-40 minutes. Cut into pieces.
