CURRY WITH CANNED CHICKPEAS

Ingredients :

Canned chickpeas (washed and dried) – 2 jars
Chopped celery – 1-2 pcs.
Chopped bell peppers – 1 pc.
Raisins – 1/2 tbsp.
Chopped cashews – 1\3 tbsp.

For the dressing:

Tahini – 3 tbsp.
Yogurt – 1.5 tbsp.
Maple syrup – 2 tbsp.
Water – 2 tbsp.
Juice of half a lemon
Apple cider vinegar – 2 t. sp.
Curry powder – 1 tbsp.
Turmeric – 1 tsp.
2 tsp. salt.
Freshly ground black pepper.

In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the dressing. Whisk well with a fork. In a large bowl, place all the ingredients for the dish itself. Add the dressing, stir to combine.
