Today we will consider a step-by-step recipe for cooking this wonderful dish. But not in the classic version, but with exclusive additions.

Beans are a legume crop that contains valuable plant proteins for the human body. Despite the fact that 100 grams of beans contain 300 kcal, it is a dietary product.

As we know, because of the large amount of protein, beans are a vegetable substitute for meat. At the same time, it contains very little fat.

In 100 grams of beans contains:

Protein – 21.0 g;
Fats – 0,3 mg;
Carbohydrates – 3 mg.
As well as essential vitamins A, B1, B2, B9, E, PP, with high levels of vitamin C and protein, as well as essential for the body trace elements such as calcium, sodium, phosphorus and selenium.

Julienne vegetarian: cooking recipe

Ingredients needed:

White beans – 40 grams;
Laurel leaf – 1 piece;
Mushrooms “Champignons” – 70 grams;
Fresh carrots – 40 grams;
Butter – 30 grams;
Cream sauce – 4 tablespoons;
Homemade “Creamy” cheese – 40 grams.

Pre-soak the beans in clean water overnight.

  1. Beans are washed in clean water and boiled until soft, along with bay leaf and salt. Adjust the water so that it evaporates completely by the end of cooking;
  2. Carrots are peeled from the skin, grate on a fine grater and fry in butter until lightly golden;
  3. Mushrooms washed in water, peel the leg from the skirt, cap and feet thinly sliced into “scales”;
  4. Grate cheese on a fine grater;

Now proceed to form the “Julienne”:

  1. Boiled beans slightly mash with a fork, mix with carrots and put on the bottom of the cocotte;
  2. On top of the beans and carrots, in a cocotte put chopped mushrooms;
  3. Pour the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese;
