Ingredients :

Lasagna plates – 15 pcs.
Chopped frozen spinach – 450 gr
Feta cheese – 250 gr
Hard cheese – 250 gr
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
Milk – 1 l
Flour – 90 gr
Butter – 120 gr
Salt –
Ground nutmeg – 2 tsp.

Prepare the Béchamel. Put the butter into a saucepan and melt over low heat. Add flour to the melted butter and stir. Cook over high heat for 1 minute. Pour milk into butter and flour mixture and stir thoroughly. You can whisk to avoid lumps. Add salt to taste. Boil the sauce on a low heat until it thickens. Stir or whisk occasionally.

You can adjust the thickness of the sauce as you wish. For a thicker sauce, it needs to boil for a longer time. In this case, a more fluid version is suitable. Watch the consistency to take the sauce off the heat in time. Once the sauce has thickened, add the nutmeg to it. Stir thoroughly and turn off the heat. Pour some vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it up.

Then put the spinach in the pan and stew it lightly. Add feta cheese to the spinach. Chop it into pieces and mix with the spinach. Pour a little béchamel sauce into the lasagne dish and spread it over the bottom of the dish. Place lasagne sheets parallel to each other on top of the sauce, not overlapping, this is important. Pay attention to the manufacturer’s recommendations on the packaging of the lasagna. Some manufacturers write that the sheets of lasagna should be boiled beforehand.

On top of the sheets of lasagna lay the filling of spinach and feta cheese. The filling should completely cover the sheets of lasagna. Pour béchamel sauce on top of the filling and spread evenly. Place the lasagna sheets again on top of the sauce, then the filling and sauce again. Repeat until all the sheets are done. When all the sheets of lasagna are placed in the form, generously pour the béchamel sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake lasagna with spinach in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for half an hour. Then increase the temperature to 210-220 degrees C and bake for another 10-15 minutes to get the cheese crust ruddy.
