Ingredients:
Mungbean – 1 tbsp.
Carrot – 1 pc
Sweet bell pepper – 1 pc.
Potatoes – 2 pcs.
Water – 2 liters
Fresh ginger – 1/2 tsp.
Cumin – 1 tsp.
Coriander – 1/2 tsp.
Ghee – 1 tbsp.
Greens – 1 bunch
Salt
Boil mung beans for 30 minutes, add potatoes cut into cubes and peeled, cook for 10 more minutes. Heat ghee oil in a pan, add spices, finely chopped peppers and carrots, stew for 5 minutes, then add to the soup and cook for 5 more minutes. Turn it off and let the soup stand for 10-15 minutes. Before serving, decorate with finely chopped greens.
