Tomatoes with mozzarella and basil: cooking recipe
Ingredients:
Large ball of mozzarella without rennet – 1 pc.
Medium tomato – 2 pcs.
Olive oil – 3 tbsp.
Balsamic vinegar – 3 tbsp.
Fresh basil – 7 leaves.
Dried basil – 1 tsp.
Black pepper and salt – to taste.
Step 1.
Cut mozzarella and tomatoes into thin slices. Place the tomato and cheese in a circle.
Step 2.
Pour olive oil evenly. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Add dried basil, spices and salt. Garnish with fresh basil.
