Ingredients:
Pumpkin – 1 kg
Carrots – 1 pc.
Tomatoes – 2-3 pcs.
1 tbsp. cumin
1 tsp. black pepper
Ghee oil – 2 tbsp.
Salt – to taste
For decoration:
Greens, any grains (sesame, flax, poppy, amaranth)
Heat a frying pan, add the cumin and black pepper in the oil for 1 minute. Finely chop tomatoes, grate carrots and stew them, add diced pumpkin, stew for 1-2 minutes, add hot water from a kettle (or vegetable broth) and cook until tender. At the end, salt to taste, turn with an immersion blender into a soup puree. Garnish with grains and herbs on top.
