Ingredients :
Lettuce- 1 pc.
Asparagus – 200 gr
Cherry tomatoes – 10 pcs.
Sweet bell pepper – 1 pc.
Olive oil – 2 tbsp.
Balsamic vinegar – 1 tbsp.
Honey – 1 tsp.
Wash the lettuce leaves and let them dry. Asparagus leaves, remove the skin, cut off the coarse bottom part and boil for 10 minutes. Cut cherry tomatoes into slices, peppers into julienne strips. Prepare the dressing: mix olive oil, vinegar and honey with a fork. Combine all the ingredients of the salad, pour the dressing and stir.
