Ingredients :
Unleavened puff pastry – 400 g
Tomato – 4 pcs.
Hard cheese – 100 gr
Olive oil – 4 tbsp.
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp.
Several sprigs of thyme
Salt, pepper to taste
Slice the tomatoes into thin slices. Chop the thyme leaves, add them to the olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, then stir well. Take a layer of puff pastry, put it on a tray and sprinkle it with grated cheese, then place the tomatoes in a circle, overlapping them so that there is an even gap at the edges. Sprinkle the tomatoes evenly with the dressing. Bake for 25 minutes at 190 degrees, or until the sides of the pie have risen and browned.
