PUMPKIN PUREE SOUP

Ingredients :

Ripe pumpkin pulp – 500 g
Cream – 150 g (or sour cream)
Potatoes – 3 units
Carrot – 2 units
Salt, spices – to taste

Wash and peel potatoes, carrots and pumpkin, cut them into pieces and boil on steam or in a pot until tender. Put into blender, add cream, salt, spices and beat until smooth and creamy. Serve at once or bring to a boil over low heat.
