Ingredients :
Lentils – 1/2 tbsp.
Greens – bunch
Olive oil
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp.
Champignons – 230 gr
Zucchini – 2-3 pcs. (small)
Adygean cheese – 230 g
Sour cream – ½ tbsp.
Avocado – 1 pc.
Cherry tomatoes – 10-12 pcs.
Lettuce – 2 pcs.
Dried dill
Wash and boil the lentils. Cut the greens and mix with oil, salt and spices.
Slice the mushrooms thinly. Bake in a baking dish and pour oil and soy sauce over them. Add ¼ cup water, if needed. Slice zucchini thinly, brush with oil, sprinkle with salt and spices. Place on a baking tray and bake, turning if necessary.
Slice and fry the zucchini cheese in a pan. Peel and slice the avocado. Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.
Mix the sour cream and soy sauce with the dill.
Then put the lentils, sliced avocado, mushrooms, zucchini, cheese and tomatoes in a bowl. Pour sauce on top.
