CHOCOLATE BERRY CAKE

Ingredients :

For the cake:

Flour - 190 g
Cane sugar - 150 gr
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Soda - 1 tsp.
Carob - 2 tbsp.
Refined vegetable oil - 150 ml
Milk (room temperature) - 150 ml
Sour cream - 100 gr

For the cream:

Sour cream (the higher the fat content the thicker the cream) - 150 g
Boiled condensed milk - 150 g
Berries (fresh or frozen) - 100 g

In a bowl, sift the flour, add the sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and mix well. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, vegetable oil and sour cream. Combine all together and mix until a homogeneous dark brown mass. Grease a mold with butter, sprinkle it with flour and place the dough in it. Bake it in an oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Take out the ready cake, cut into two pieces and let cool. When cool, mix sour cream and condensed milk and cover the layers with the cream, put strawberries, blueberries, currants or cherries between the layers. It is better to leave the cake in the refrigerator overnight.
