PUFF PASTRY WITH TOMATOES

Ingredients :

Flaky puff pastry – 1 layer
Tomato – 1 pc. (large)
Mozzarella cheese (the kind for pizza) -100g
Basil – a few sprigs
Salt, spices – to taste

Place the puff pastry on a baking tray, do not need to roll out. Take 1 cm off the edge and make cuts in all 4 sides, but do not cut all the way through, just a little. This allows the edges to rise during baking, and the tart will have a rim, like in the photo. Cut the tomatoes into circles, and the cheese into slices. Place cheese and tomatoes on the dough, and season with a little salt. Send it in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until crispy. Before serving, decorate with basil.
