Ingredients :
Milk - 2 1/4 tbsp.
Puree of cooked pumpkin - 3/4 tbsp.
Cinnamon - 1 tsp.
Nutmeg - 1/4 tsp.
Ginger powder - 1/4 tsp.
Cloves - 1/8 tsp.
Allspice - 1/8 tsp.
Agar powder - 3/4 tsp.
Honey - 1/4 tbsp.
Coconut oil - 1 tbsp.
Vanilla - 1/4 tsp.
Pumpkin seeds - for decoration
Blend milk, pumpkin puree, and spices in a blender for at least 1 minute. Once blended, pour the contents into a saucepan and stir in the agar powder, place over medium heat, stir in the coconut oil into the mixture. Stir until the mixture comes to a boil. Reduce the heat and keep for another 3 minutes to make sure the agar has dissolved. Remove from the heat, add the vanilla and honey, pour into molds and let cool for 20 minutes. After that, place them in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours or overnight.
