TRADITIONAL LASAGNA

Ingredients :

Lasagna dough - packet
Eggplant - 1 pc.
Mushrooms - 250 g
Tomatoes - 3 pcs.
Milk - 1 tbsp.
Spices - to taste
Hard cheese - 150 g
Flour - 15 gr
Butter - half a packet

Peel the eggplant and soak it in salt water to remove the bitterness. After soaking, cut it into small cubes. Wash the mushrooms and chop them. Dice tomatoes. Assemble all the vegetables in a pan and stew them in a little oil for fifteen minutes. For the sauce, fry the flour in butter. Then pour milk into it in a thin stream, stirring constantly.

Let the mass come to the boil and thicken until it becomes a good sour cream. Now put the lasagne. In the form put the first layer of dough, and on top of it, prepared vegetables. Brush with the sauce. Continue until the ingredients run out. Top layer with remaining sauce. Place in oven for 20 minutes. Then take out, sprinkle well with grated cheese and cook for another 25 minutes.
