CAULIFLOWER PUREE

Ingredients :

Cauliflower – 1 pc.
Ghee oil – 2-3 tbsp.
Salt, spices – to taste

Cabbage must be broken into florets, then rinse them under cool water and soak in a salt solution for 30 minutes. Then rinse again and put in boiling water. Cook for about 15 minutes until soft. Then transfer the florets and ghee oil to a blender and whisk to the desired consistency, you can add a little water in which the cabbage was cooked for a more tender state.
