Ingredients :
String beans - 500 g (fresh or frozen)
Champignons - 500 gr
Sour cream - ½ tbsp.
Pepper, salt - to taste
Parsley - a bunch
Ghee oil - 2 tbsp.
Heat ghee oil in a pan, add spices, heat for 5 minutes. Chop the mushrooms and put them in the pan. Defrost beans, cut them in half, add to mushrooms, add salt. Braise until ready. Add sour cream. Chop parsley finely, sprinkle it when serving.
