Ingredients:
For the dough:
Melted butter - 4 tbsp.
Dates - 4 pcs. (Stevia or other sweetener)
A pinch of salt
Flour - 1 tbsp.
Milk - 75 ml
Soda - 1/3 tsp.
For the filling:
Apples, preferably with dense flesh - 5-6 pcs.
Melted butter - 3 tbsp.
Date syrup - 2-3 tbsp.
With all the ingredients to knead a soft dough and put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. While the dough is resting, prepare the filling. Remove the core from the apples, chop coarsely. In a pan, melt butter, add apples and syrup. Leave on low heat until the sugar has dissolved and the juice comes out. Turn up the heat and fry the apples in the juice until golden.
If the pan with a removable handle or without it - you can bake in it, otherwise transfer the filling to a baking dish.
Take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll out to a size slightly larger than the mold. Cover the apples with the dough, making sure the dough reaches the bottom to form a rim. Prick the dough with a fork so that it rises evenly. Bake in the oven over medium heat until crispy (about 20 minutes).
Turn the finished pie upside down on a plate; if a couple of apples remain in the mold, simply place them back in place.
Have a nice meal!
