Ingredients :
Flour - 1 tbsp.

Soda - 1 tsp.
Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Kefir - 1 tbsp.
Ghee or vegetable oil - 1/3 tbsp.
Filling: seasonal vegetables (carrots, peppers, daddies, cauliflower, tomatoes, zucchini, etc.).
Knead the dough. It should be thick enough, but to stir with a spoon.
Peel vegetables, cut into julienne or slices. The cherry tomatoes can be pierced with a fork and left whole. Cauliflower cut into florets.
Stew or steam the vegetables until soft. First hard, then softer, tomatoes can be left fresh or steamed with boiling water and peeled. If they are large, slice them. Season with spices and salt to taste.
Add the filling to the dough without the vegetable broth and mix well. There should be a lot of filling, with the dough kind of enveloping it.
Place on parchment or a baking mat and put in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees.
