VEGETARIAN OKROSHKA

Ingredients :

Cucumbers – 1 large or 2 smaller
Radish – 6-7 pcs.
Potatoes – 2 pcs.
Vegetarian sausage – 200 gr
Dill – a small bunch
Black salt – to taste
French mustard – 1 tsp.
Nonfat kefir – 700 ml
Vegetarian okroshka: cooking
Boil potatoes, peel, cut into cubes.

Grate radish and cucumber or finely chop them.

Cut the sausage into cubes. Finely chop the dill. Mix and season everything, put in portions and pour on kefir.
