Ingredients :
Black rice - 360g
Ghee butter - 40 gr
Young zucchini - 3 pcs.
Sweet bell pepper (green) - 3 units.
Fennel -1/2 pcs.
Capers - 90 g
Pumpkin seeds - 2 tbsp.
Sunflower seeds - 2 tbsp.
Sesame - 1 tbsp.
Greens of your choice
Salt, pepper to taste
Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Drain the rice, add the ghee oil and allow to stand for a while. Finely chop and stew the vegetables in a pan (leave them slightly raw). Toast pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds for 2-3 minutes in a dry pan. Combine and stir together rice, vegetables, herbs, seeds and capers.
