Ingredients :
Ripe banana - 225 g
Pumpkin - 860 g
White whole wheat flour - 200g
Raisins - 80 gr
Cinnamon - 1 tsp.
Honey for serving
Pre-soak raisins in hot water and then rinse thoroughly. Grate the pumpkin, knead the banana with a fork, add the raisins, cinnamon, flour and mix well. From this amount you get 22 pieces. Roast in a pan on low heat on both sides. Sprinkle with honey when serving. You can also sweeten the pancakes themselves by adding mashed 4-5 dates to the batter.
