GREEK SALAD

This salad will be a real decoration on your table. It can be safely prepared for holidays or to please your family and friends on ordinary weekdays.

Greek salad: ingredients and recipe
Tomatoes – 3-4 pcs.
Spinach – a handful of leaves
Cheese cheese – 300 gr.
Olives – 8-10 pcs.
Olive oil – 2 tbsp.
Salt, spices, herbs – to taste

Cut tomatoes into small pieces. Shred or chop the sheep cheese. Remove seeds from olives and cut into halves. Whisk together the oil, salt and spices. Serve in portions, laying spinach leaves, on them tomatoes, brynza, olives and dress.
